Technology & the Etheric Realm
"The moment we step beyond the border of the physical world, we come into a realm where the etheric weaves and works as a living, creative force."
MysTech is dedicated to helping humanity achieve its evolutionary goal of the interpenetration of the moral and the mechanical. While cultivating a healthy relationship between human beings and machines, MysTech endeavors to engineer a class of machines that respond only to a human's moral impulse.
Over the past century, we have witnessed astonishing technological advancements that have profoundly impacted our daily lives, health, relationships, and even consciousness — often in unexpected ways. When we consider these developments in the context of our evolution as both physical and spiritual beings, we are led to important questions: How will technology contribute to our future? Is there an evolutionary purpose to what we now and will face from technology? How can we wrest from these stages of evolution what will be needed for humanity's future roles?
At this conference, you will gain fresh insights into the mysteries of technology from the perspective of spiritual science, presented through the original research of our distinguished speakers. You will also deepen your appreciation for social threefolding, biodynamics, eurythmy, and more — and discover how these approaches and ways of thinking can empower us to meet the challenges of the modern age.
For our landmark 10th conference, we turn our attention to the etheric realm — the domain of living, formative forces that exists between the physical plane and higher spiritual planes. As technology increasingly shapes the conditions of modern life, understanding these life forces becomes essential for counterbalancing our slide via technology into sub-nature.
Our speakers will explore practices, such as eurythmy, for opening doors to etheric perception. Using Goethean science, we seek to discover the living qualities within substances and elements. Can each of us strengthen our etheric vitality to fully participate in our age of screens and social media? Can we find Christ in the etheric to be our brother as we necessarily tread through Ahriman's sphere?
"Everybody is obliged to undergo the battle; in its effects it is experienced by everybody. There would be no greater fallacy than to say: We must rebel against what technical science has brought to us in modern life, we must protect ourselves from Ahriman, we must withdraw from this modern life. In a certain respect such an attitude would be an indication of spiritual cowardice. The real remedy lies not in allowing the forces of the soul to weaken and to withdraw from modern life, but in so strengthening these forces that its pandemonium can be endured. World-karma demands a courageous attitude to modern life, and that is why genuine Spiritual Science calls at the very outset for effort, really strenuous effort on the part of the human soul."
"We can only become sure of ourselves as human beings if we walk the road created by the whole of technology, but do not let our lives be governed by the products of technology, and grow able to behold the Christ power that can become part of us and overcome all those products of technology."
This year's conference will take place entirely online, making it accessible from anywhere in the world. All sessions will be recorded and available for those in different time zones or with scheduling conflicts. For those able to join live, there will be engaging opportunities to interact and discuss directly with each of the speakers.

Andrew Linnell & the team
"A man has a backbone that's connected with the brain and sense organs. When he meditates, he creates a kind of a 'forebone' in his etheric body; that's the row of lotus flowers that lies behind the breastbone."
"When we realize that everything of external nature is transformed inside the human organism, and this, in so radical a way, that the mineral must be brought to the warmth-etheric condition, we will also find that all that lives in man, in the human organization, flows out into the spiritual."
